On November 25^th, 2016 - The Centre and Performance Transformation coordinated a Scavenger Hunt event for ground support organizations working at the Changi International airport Singapore.  The Seek&Spot, a FromLabs product was successfully utilized as the game platform.  The hunt lasted for 90 minutes and was partaken by 13 teams from:

• AETOS - Auxiliary Police
• AOC – Air Operations
• APD – Airport Police Department
• Certis Cisco – Security
• CAAS - Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore
• CAG – Changi Airport Group
• DNATA – Singapore Cargo Services
• MOT – Ministry of Transportation
• NCS – Airport System
• ICA – Immigration and Checkpoint Authority
• SC - Airport Sales
• SATS – Ground Handling
• SIAEC – Singapore Airlines Engineering Company

The goal of the scavenger hunt is as icebreaker between organization’s employees working at the Changi airport facility.  Within the group, it built high level of communications, planning and execution of plan with flexibility, leadership initiatives, collaboration and trust, strategy, and performance under pressure. Furthermore, the event allows participants to gain new knowledge about the airport facilities.

Using their own smartphone, all teams activated the specific game that has been created within the Seek&Spot application, and will begin to retrieve clues via the app. whenever a particular mission has been cleared, the team snaps a photo and uploads it to the system as ‘proof’ and the system tracks the progress of every team.

At the end of the race, teams recounted their adventures by presenting the highlights of their learning experience.
