At the beginning of 2020, as part of the company activities, some of the FromLabs employees decided to take part in the Vietnam Trail Marathon 2020 in Moc Chao, Vietnam.  The event was taken place in a beautiful and challenging part of rural district of Sơn La Province in the Northwest region of Vietnam.   

The race was divided into 4 types - 10, 21, 42 and 70K.  FromLabs has runners represented in all categories but the 70k.   The route is a course which is almost entirely very runnable trail covering a huge variety of landscapes that includes ethnic minority villages that no car can access hidden deep in rugged terrain.

Moc Chau is popular with Vietnamese and international tourists for its hill tribes such as White & Back of Thai People and Muong People, the green tea hills, Mộc Châu milk, the natural landscape of Dải Yếm waterfalls, Hill Pine and Orchid Garden flowers. It takes five hours driving, with a distance of 200 kilometres (120 mi) from Hanoi to Mộc Châu.
